  • Shipping Time: Delivery times vary based on your location, generally ranging from 3-7 business days.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
  • Shipping Carrier: We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. We will provide a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

2. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery.

3. International Shipping

Currently, we only offer shipping within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Returns and Exchanges

We hope you love your Wag Adventures products, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
